Additional Hours Request Module

The PDH shall have the provision to raise an Additional Hours Request to the Management whenever the total logged hours for a project exceed 130% of the contract hours.
Once the logged hours reach 140%, the system will automatically restrict further time logging by the respective Team Members for that project. Logging access will be reinstated only after the request has been reviewed and approved by the Management.

PDH Account :

Manage Project > Project Planning > Action Dropdown > Apply Additional Hours

Management Account:

Approval  > Additional Hours

Management can review and approve the hours as requested by PDHs. Once approved, System will allow to Log on that Project by Team Members.
