Overview:
The Master Employee Dashboard provides a consolidated and detailed view of employee master data across the organization and is mainly used for workforce tracking, reporting, and governance. At the top, users can filter data by employee name, department, designation, manager, role, team, and trade to quickly narrow down specific employees or groups.
The first section of the dashboard, Master Employee Profile, captures core employee information such as PIS code, name, official email ID, employee status (for example production, trainee, or on bench), department, role, designation, location, trade, and monthly revenue target where applicable. This section helps identify an employee’s current employment status, functional role, and revenue responsibility at a glance.
The next section focuses on reporting and management hierarchy, showing reporting manager details as per BPMS and HROne, department of the reporting manager, functional manager, experience in years, overall experience, hire type (campus or lateral), date of joining, and assigned team. These columns help understand organizational structure, reporting alignment across systems, and workforce experience distribution.
Further sections describe organizational and project alignment, including division, countries served, current country, software platforms used (such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), verticals handled, and the current project assigned to the employee. This helps management understand skill distribution, technology exposure, and deployment across regions and business verticals.
The final part links employees to current project details, such as project name, project code, current vertical, segment, contract type, and project type, giving a clear picture of where each employee is deployed and under what business context.
