Overview:

The Resource Dashboard provides a clear view of the organization’s resource strength, utilization, bench status, and future manpower requirements. It helps management and PDHs understand how many resources are available, how many are productive, how many are on bench, and whether current manpower aligns with forecasted project needs. This dashboard is mainly used for resource planning, hiring decisions, and utilization optimization.
