Overview:
The Project Allocation Dashboard provides a clear view of how teams and resources are allocated across projects, PDHs, locations, trades, and regions. It helps management understand team strength, workload distribution, work-in-hand, and bench movement at the PDH level. This dashboard is mainly used for resource balancing, workload planning, and allocation decisions.
Key sections:
Work in Hand($): Contract Value - Invoice raised
Work in Hand(hours): Contract Hours - Logged Hours
