The Proforma Invoice Summary Dashboard provides a clear overview of all proforma invoices raised and their distribution across projects, regions, departments, PDHs, and locations.
The top KPI tiles summarize the Total Proforma Value, Total Tax Value, and Overall Proforma Value, giving a quick financial snapshot.
The charts show how proforma amounts are spread by project region, department, PDH location, and overdue age buckets, helping identify geographic or organizational concentration and aging risks.
The Top Proforma Amounts by Project and Proforma Amounts by PDH visuals highlight the projects and PDHs contributing the highest proforma values.
The detailed tables at the bottom list project-wise and PDH-wise proforma details, including contract type, project code, month, year, and amount, enabling easy drill-down and follow-up.
Overall, this dashboard helps finance and leadership track proforma billing status, monitor exposure, and plan timely invoice conversion and collections.
