Login to P360 account > Invoice & collection dashboard > outstanding invoice summary

Overview:

The Outstanding Invoice Summary Dashboard provides a consolidated view of all pending invoices and helps track collections risk across projects, clients, regions, and contract types.

The top KPI tiles give a quick financial snapshot, showing total outstanding amount (including proforma and tax), total proforma value, total tax value, and total overdue value.

The visuals then show concentration of pending amounts through Top 10 by Project, Top 10 by Client, and SPOC-wise outstanding, helping identify where follow-ups are needed most. Additional charts break outstanding balance by overdue slabs, project region, and contract type. The bottom tables provide project/client-level details for deeper tracking and action.
